for got pass word

 i have been trying to use my old log in name but for got my pass word the site keeps sending me emails
  but no screen to change my pass word. my old id was wise_old_one . i had to get a new e mail address and
  new id name to get in to ice shanty . you might want to fix the lost pass word site.

Just click the link in the email sent to reset your password. Or you'll have to copy and paste the full url into a browser if the link is broken by your email.

It is not going to send you your password, it is going to send you a link to re-set your password.. then you will have to enter a new password that you will (hopefully) remember.
