Toni glad your going home. I know the feeling I went through it Jan 21 Cardio buy pass. I was in 7 days when I got out Capt. Spike told me go easy and listen to what your told, A Friend didn't and he can't fish anymore

Funny......never met you in person, had a few messages on here with you, but still found myself checking on your condition everyday. Glad to hear you are getting better! Hopefully we can meet on the ice at some point. Sounds like LLT is gonna take good care of ya, and DO WHAT THEY SAY!

Art, your always welcome to fish with us and join the Circus. There's always room for more good folks like yourself.

The good thing about Guinea (as well as all the ladies on Newfound) is that she (they) realize we are getting older and at times let's us catch her (them).....but then agian, we're not really sure what to do afterwards once we got em. I guess the chase is what keeps us young and our hearts pumping.

Surf, Seems like you touched alot of souls here on IS. Pretty impressive. Just know this, NH IS wouldn't be the same without you obviously. Probably best to play along with the doctors and keep NH IS alive with your wit, humor and experiences. I know I enjoy reading your posts.

glad your doing better havent been on in a bit i to have a tuff cardiac history lol 4 attacks and just got bp back in control please do listen to the dr dont be like me lol way to large and a bp of 180 over 70 before i wake up keep well winters coming back

Howdy folks
I met with my Cardiologist yesterday and we went over what happened, the location and the extent of muscle damage and what I need be aware of in the future. The need for a 2ND Stint will be determined by an MRI in a couple of weeks. The Doc wants to see how the arteries react to the Meds and that will tell them if they need to go back in, I sure hope not, but we'll see ! I'm out walking with the hound everyday and slowly but surely building back up the stamina. I have been SmokeFree for 31Days now, Thank God for the Wellbutrin !!

The one Weird side effect of the Wellbutrin is the Serious case of the [ I don't give a ****s's ] !!

I hope everyone gets out there on the water and gets a shot at a Wall hanger, Good luck and tight lines !!

Glad to hear you're up and about, Surf. Stay smoke free. I was 20 years, pack a day and managed to quit 2 years ago, you can too. At 31+ days smoke free, you are no longer physically addicted.

Good for you Tony. Keep at it and it WILL get easier. I smoked for 23 years gave them up and have been cigarette free for 19 years. After a while you won't even think about them. Stay strong. Hope all is going well with your heart. Only 7 months till first ice.
