Spirit Lake tips for a new angle!r? Help
« on: Mar 04, 2011, 06:02 PM »
I am going to be in the Spirit Lake area around the 15th through the 20th, from Wyoming.  Does any one have any advice for places to fish, and what to bring?  I am have family in the area, and I know the fishing has to be better that ours in Wyoming.  I am looking for nice perch or Blue Gill, or what ever else will eat well.  Any info would be great, I would be willing to trade Wyoming fly fishing advice.

Ditto on the spring bobber and bring lots of options for them, they seem to want the buffet at the happy meal price ;)

Thanks, for the info.  Is there pretty good lake access if you don't have an ATV or Sled?

Iceman, any results to report?
I am heading up there Thirstday night and plan to fish Friday & Saturday and could use some advice on where to go and what the accesses are like.
