Still fishing

Went out for a couple hours today and got 9 nice gills but I did no realize it was as windy as it was, The fishhad to be committing suicide.

still that much ice  wow     I was out monday near Delton and didnt do very well but there was probably about 9 inches then   I figured with all the rain and warm temps it was pretty much unsafe now     be careful
my sons buddy said they had 6 inches of ice on union two nights ago   I must be getting chicken as I get older

I was on a lake just north of Hastings today and it had 8 - 10 inches of pretty good ice.  Shore ice took a bit hit today though.  After the weekend hoard hits it tomorrow morning I would guess you'll need one heck of a long plank or a boat to get on.

on the eastside we still have a solid foot of ice !
came of a lake in northern oakland county ,the bite was
off ,but really just out to check  ice conditions.we will still
be on the hard h2o for a while over here.
