    What do you think the chances of getting ice on Erie are ?  Sandusky Bay ?  I think the ponds are looking decent for next week according to the forecast (what do they know?).  The reason I ask is we are only about 2 months from the walleye run here in the Maumee river and I'm wondering if I should start the bathroom remodel and hope we don't get ice or not start it and take my chances of getting grounded by the wife for the walleye run???  Any help would be appreciated.

Well if it was me, I would be remodeling the bathroom!!!!!!!!!  The Sandusky bay didnt have ice on it this morning when I went over it to work. And I know the lake doesnt  as well. We need a miracle right now, or something like that .

Yea, you have keep mother happy. it would take a good week or better of artic
blast for good fishing, how likely is that? slim & none . do like cable guy

Man I hate to say it but ice-fishing in Ohio this year is looking real bad.
I have a 4 day trip on south bass jan 28-31 thats going down the tolite
right now. I had afriend with tickets from florida i told to cancel that was coming up
to ice fish and i hate that. We may get a few days or a couple weekends days to get out but our ice fishing season is going to be cut real short. And i just got a new FL18 for Christmas,,,,CRAP!!! If I get on the ice this year i believe i will be on 3" of ice and tip toeing to do that.   lets pray for a miracle at this point cus good ice time is running out quick.

I think we wil still have about 4 or 5 weeks of ice this year. Doesn't seem like much time but i''ll take it if thats all we get.   We should be out by next friday.

  She has'nt mentioned the remodel lately so I'm gonna let it sit till this weekend and if we don't have ice....its on.  My fishing/hunting buddy says we should just get it done but I bought my vexilar at the end of last year and have only used it 3 times and want to put some time on the ice with it.  By the way the bathroom is fully funtional she just wants it updated.  How do you think it would go over if I spent the remodel money on an aqua-view instead???

We will be fishing very soon ;DSome open water here and there but locking up fast. I'm working 7 freeking 12's so I'll need to getem quick!!!
