Had problems with the re-coil on my Pro Lazer this last Saturday, called SM and explained what happened, was told I was going to get the replacement part under warranty, just needed Serial # and date of Manu. I asked exactly what I was going to get and she said the complete re-coil assembly, I was very happy to hear that, really wasn't expecting it. Just one more example of SM's second to none customer service.
