Fished all day Wednesday on Lake Fairlee SW of the public access ramp with my two youngsters. There was about 12" of black ice under 12" of frozen slush and snow. We were hoping to catch some trout and jigged and fished with minnows, night crawlers, and power bait at various depths with no luck. Only caught two small pickerel on minnows. Had several flags on tip ups set near the bottom in 20' of water where the fish took out about 10' line and then dropped the bait.
