Fished it yesterday, and the 10-12" of snow is settling pretty good.  Ran into  some slush, mostly around the shoreline.  We were walking, so didn't cover much of the lake.

Hey Dan,

Let us know how it went, just got good intel on gps coordinates of Rocky Point will be heading up there Sunday. Like to get you opinion on how you like the Argo so far now that you have had a chance to run it around a bit. Curious how that thing would o in the slush we encountered at Turquoise on Saturday,

Thanks

HJ

My Argo does fine. Its a little under horsepowered at these altitudes. A new one with the 31HP would be great. Mine only has the 20 HP Kawasaki. Let me know if you get one!

Fishing went great, catching was kind of slow (moon phase). Caught quite a few smaller macs. Biggest one in our group of 4 was 23". Lots of slush in various areas. Ice was about a foot in most places with 8-10 " of snow on top.
