This is probably one of the littlest rock bass I have ever seen.

A friends wife was catching some last summer that were close to or over a pound.

DeSmet near Jesus Island is a great place to catch large rock bass.  Caught some there that were easily over 10 inches.  Great fighting fish.  Never took one home to eat though.
