A Buddy of mine came up with it because I can always get them tasty beauties to bite even when no one else can. He would say I must be sending them a telepathic message to bite my jig..lol Then one day he started calling me the perchcommander and it kind of fit, so that's how I got the nickname..lol  I'm a fishing junky, if I don't fish at least 4 to 5 times in a week for at least an hour I get miserable. It gets me to my happy place!  ;D

Fishing is an awsome medicine, it can cure depression, boredom, anxiety, frustration and most importantly HUNGER...LOL

The Ice conditions now as of 4/3/11....Stay off Lake George unless you want a cold bath....Yesterday I went out on M Beach and did pretty good, but when my friend and I came in it was much worse. Luckily  we had our ice chisels with us and sometimes one smack and we were threw and a few times no pressure at all and it went threw, if we had not brought our chisels we would have definitely done some cold water bathing.....We will be able to take boats out soon enough and I can't wait for the Spring Fishing !!!!!!
