DROVE OUT TO GREENTOWN TO THE RAMP ON K-RES AND IF I WOULD OF HAD MY BOAT WITH ME COULD HAVE LAUNCHED IT. OPEN WATER-UP 5 FEET. DONT KNOW WHEN IT WILL LOCK BACK UP. TOO BAD, THE WALLEYE FISHING WAS THE BEST I`VE EVER  SEEN OUT THERE. CAUGHT 17 KEEPER EYES  BEFORE CHRISTMAS. BEST I`VE EVER DONE OUT THERE OR ACTUALLY ANYWHERE. HOPE IT STAYS COLD.

I know what you mean maybe i should just take the boat out there i got the eye itch bad this year!Only made one trip to res. before melt down lost one eye caught several dink gills!

 I went out to greentown to the old pit and it has about 2 inches on it, boy is that walk easier without all your gear! @) @)Anyway if the temps keep up ill be back out there soon!!!!!It was funny though couldnt hardly get my wife to walk past the no trespassing signs,they have always been there but we have always parked there even the DNR !!!!!!!
