Does any one know where I can get single point hooks with large eyes? For use with split rings?

What size hooks? Spinnerbait trailer hooks have large eyes, if your fishing for big fish. For smaller fish like perch size 6 or 8 I use mustad 3366G sproat hooks from janns.

Look into a Mustad 3366A large ringed eye sproat hook. Sizes run from 10 through 3/0.

Greetings, new to the board, well on for first time this year...

Noticed your inquiry regarding hooks for splits rings and it appeared as though you were referring to jigging for small fish, perch etc.  If the idea behind the split ring is to give the jig a little more action, I remember years ago jigging for crappie out in Oklahoma from a float tube and the older gentlemen recommended not snugging up the line tie to the jig, this would serve the same purpose. From fishing with lures with split rings I know there are times when slack line can get caught up on the ring.  Just a suggestion.
