Is there any fishing around waukesha area. Visiting for a couple weeks and would love to get out for a day or two.  Anything that would be easy to catch a few fish. c and r.

Its a short drive out to some really nice ice fishing lakes in the area of Waukesha.  I live out in Waukesha but do the majority of my fishing out in the Oconomowoc area (10-15 minute drive)

Thanks guys, comiong in from canada for a couple weeks so i might bring a rod or two down to try for some panfish.  Northerns would be nice but catch a lot here so may want to try something we dont have.  Is there any safe ice yet in the area. Maybe the Oconomowoc lakes.
