I heard some real piggy sized trout survived the dewatering and were caught last summer.  Might have to make it a double destination with Frances.

There are some medium sized fish in Bynum but few and far between.... If your looking for good action I would look elsewhere

It was a good walleye lake until they drained it and killed them all

I fished it once last winter.  Had been hearing about big trout coming out of there.  I fished it for 4 hours and caught 1 trout about 5-6 inches long.  15-20 other people fishing and only 2-3 other fish caught.  Some were 3-5 pound range though.  Some of the guys had fished it the day before and did really good.  I think it might have just been a bad day for fishing.  I had been at Pishkun the week before and pounded the perch.  Left Bynum and went to Pishkun that day and was super slow until about an hour before dark then the bite just turned on so could have just been an off day.  But I also didn't mark hardly any fish the day I fished Bynum.  Good luck to you if you go.
