Can't vouch for these specific ones, but rock climbers have used similar designs for a long time.

If you use these please make sure at the end of the day you drill the hole out so that it can freeze. Nothing worse than breaking something in a half drilled hole that wont freeze back up. Ice pot holes can ruin a trip real quick,.
