I too have the Glaciers. Two pair in fact. One pair is over 25 years old and the other about 8. They are so warm I don't need (or wear) socks in them.

I'm looking for lots of flex at the ankle.
These have the pac boot bottom, w/ gortex upper, grade to -60. Turns from rubber to gortex at the ankle. Figure that's the flex I'm after.

I looked at the Sorel Glaciers and they seem to fit the bill. Thanks for the heads up.

Got the Sorel Alpha Pac.
Narrower profile in front than the Glacier. But, the Glacier is good to -100. Luckily my feet don't get cold easy. 
Amazing amount of flex from the ankle up. Have to see how they do in the real cold.
My first pair of good boots! They didn't have anything local. First time I've ordered shoes online and they fit!
