It's almost over...

for 2010, looks like the ice this weekend will hold for sure but calling for 40's next week so could get alittle iffy....so where is everyone heading this weekend?

Not sure this year has been reel dispointing to me. I thought about shabbona but always hearing how slow it is. If any buddy goes out around my area and would like company let me know. I don't mind traveling for some fish.

Not sure how far south you are but I wouldn't count the season over so soon in northern IL, the ice will be good through at least the weekend of March 13/14.  A couple days of 40s in the daytime isn't going to cause much damage when the night time temps are below freezing.  It took a couple months to get that ice to 16+ inches it will take more than a couple hours of 40s to melt it.
