Got skunked at Carbuncle Pond today...

A few fiends and I spent most of the day at Carbuncle Pond today.....Ice is good, about 8"  But all the fish where M.I.A.!!! There was several other guys out there today and not much action.... One of my friends caught a small pickeral, 10"....... Maybe better luck tomorrow

Welcome big show 3 most peopleI have talked to that fished carbuncle this year have not done much.  Think outside the box might be the way to go.  Once again welcome and be prepared to laugh.

 You should give Silver Spring's a try .The state stocked about 10 day's ago,first time they stocked that place for ice fishing in years,GOOD LUCK

Went to the 'bunc for a little while last week too. "Not a near-nada" going on for me or some other guys across the way. I think the layout of that pond is hit or miss if you don't know it. (Which I don't.)

I fish "the bunc" alot in open water season, it gets alot of pressure, I've had 20 bass days there and also walked off skunked, through the ice, neary a bit. Very Sloooo. But they in there somewhere
