Welcome to the site.

If you're just looking for general advice, then just start checking around at all the different topics.  Then go out and try it.

Eventually you'll start having specific questions.  The only dumb questions are the ones that don't get asked.  BUT, if you INTENTIONALLY ask a dumb question, you'll get a bunch of dumb answers.

Oh yeah, use the Spell Check before you Post; you'll get better replies.

well said, glad to see the kids so into fishing. When and where are you fishing next Ryan?  try using the search option to look up tips. Also on the main board there are species specific tips like what's your best trout set up and such. Good luck to ya. and thank goodness they aren't grading as most of the people in shanty would have flunked by now.lol
