Click on the picture to view.

2x2 studs,3/8 plwood on ends and 1/4 luan for the sides.   Ice and water for the roof over 3/8 plywood. Hope this helps.

Me and a friend just made one, 4x8x6. We used 2x4 to frame the floor with a half inch peice of plywood on that. For walls we used 2x2 with luan on the outside. We went simple with the roof and just used a flat peice of plywood with metal roofing on it. Added a couple of small pexiglass windows and insulated the whole thing with inch and a half styrofoam.

You might notice the lack of holes, we were saving the best part for last. We're planning on just using a jig saw to cut them out and hinging them.

Mine is 8 x 6 but a 8x4 could be set up the same way. It has a 4" slope built into the roof. It is framed with 2x2s. insulated with 3/4" pink board. 3/8" cdx exterior plywood painted black. With a roll out rubber roof on top. Inside is cedar paneling and cedar trim. Rubber floor on the bottom. 10,000 btu wall mounted mr heater. a 12v fan and 12v interior and exterior light. Very warm and comfortable!
