Cranberry has been fishable since before Christmas, and I was doing quite well there. I have heard Reeds lake is fully fishable, however have not yet been out there myself this year. Most ice in the area should be good, with the exception of a couple lakes that just are never really great for ice (Lincoln comes to mind). Good luck and be safe.
