Quartz?

I booked a hut for Quartz next Monday, Jan 18.
I'd appreciate any reports or suggestions of what's working there and not from anybody in the next week.
Still waiting for my first "ice" fish and I'm feeling lucky!
Thanks

Did well on deadsticks with large raw shrimp first few times. Small white tube jigs tipped with a pinch of shrimp worked pretty well the last time. The number of fish I caught varied quite a bit depending on the day.

Buddy from the firehouse borrowed my auger and went down on Sunday...he reported NOTHING...as in no fish and the only thing biting was the WIND!!! Freinds went on Friday and it seemed like one of the "Oldmen" in the bunch was the only one catching and the rest were taking notes
Good Luck, I'm sure things will improve before too long!

Well that's not what I wanted to hear FF. Maybe next time I should tell you to lie to me?
I'll think positive and have a good time regardless. I enjoy getting out even when the fish aren't biting.
Thanks for the report.

So did anyone go to Quartz this weekend? I'm heading there tomorrow if anyone has any info or reports.
Thanks!
