photo size help?

how do you guys useing photo bucket get the pics to the size required? when i go to edit the pic to resize them they only allow me to go a certain size. and there to small. i got pics to put on but cant get them sized to place in tournament photos.

You can't make pictures bigger, just smaller. One reason people shouldn't use cell phones to take pictures.

all my pics are from digital camera, yea thats what i dont understand, you would think id have to make them smaller.

There might be a setting on your camera for picture size. if so set it to 800X600 or whatever is close to that.

If you have the camera set for maximum qty of pictures to store, then the pixels are smaller. If you change to higher quality with less total pictures available it should make them large enough. Just check the settings or reset to factory default which should be large enough. Good Luck.

Check the upload setting on your photobucket account. Under the upload button there is a "more options" area. Open that and increase the upload size for your account then click Apply. (the Apply button is at the bottom so you may need to close your toolbars to see it)

It took me about 2 days(and alot of colorful phrases) to figure it out with LoneWolf's help.

I think Photo Bucket automatically resizes your pic to 800X600 by default when you upload.
At least it does for me.

It will if your default stting for uploads is set on that size. Mine and a few others had somehow gotten reset to a smaller upload size.
