candlewood two Pb's (video)
« on: Jan 05, 2010, 08:05 PM »
Stayed local this morning decided to hit the town park again. Got there around 7 and already had a few guys out by the island and two guys setting up of the launch. Was set up and in no time the flags started popping Largies were on fire today, perch were around and hitting. The guys next to us had a steady flag day with perch and a few bass mixed in one of them got two trout jigging…..
I was able to get two Pb’s through the ice, largie that went about 4.5-5lbs and a nice big pickerel….

Here is the video-pickerel almost spooled me

Nice fish - looks like you had a great day... how long was that pickerel? the CT trophy fish award size is 27 inches - what type of camera are you using?

Any digital camera can take video now some dont do sound but most do....

I have two cameras i take with me the Flip Ultra HD (shoots HD) $250.00 you may have seen these as the "hatcam" most guys are useing.
and the Sony Hdr-sr11 shoots HD which  isnt cheap. google both. and get a good program to edit with. thats the key to good videos. Well that and the action on the ice...

Pictures are cool but videos is way cooler. Kinda puts you in on the action.
