Russian Fish Holocost!!! Looks like a commercial fish farm.
That'd be my guess...I know of many places in eastern Europe and Russia that have fishing we'd only dream of (which is rather ironic since NOTHING is released on many of these bodies of water
) but none that have enough pike you can net them by the 100s out of a single hole
