Nasty Weather !!!

 We are in Gillette for xmas, and the weather is junk up here  . We are going to try to get out to Keyhole in the AM. We'll see what happens.

Its not much better in Laramie. We have a family trip planned for tomorrow. I hope we don't have to cancel.

I've been at work all night and It's BAD outside! Winds 20 to 30 MPHs and still snowing. There is talk of closing I90 but not yet (3:00AM) If I was going somewhere I would wait a while to give the plows a chance at hitting the Highways.

 Moorcroft area has more snow and it gets worse the further east you go.

looks like glendo is not a option today, as the roads are closed . think i will wait for this to blow out. be safe...

This snow is going to make it a little challenging to get around on the ice.
appleye that must have been you unloading the same time I was on Thursday? You fished for awhile with eve21 and then he stopped by and fished with me latter. We will have to fish sometime.

If the lake is anything like it is here in town, getting around is going to be really tough.  Hopefully with nothing on the ice out there, this wind is just blowing it all off the lake and it won't be too bad.  Hoping to get out a bunch over the next week before going back to work, this weather is making me stir crazy.  :-}

Was planning on leaving for Glendo to day to fish for a week, looks like I'll have to wait till tomorrow due to the road closer.

Almost five hours after Gray Goose' post, and I-25 around Glendo is still closed (according to WyDOT), looks like the new auger will have to wait until my next days off.

Spent 5 hours digging out 1/2 of my drive. THen went to the neighbors to assist him. KH for me is outta the question today...

That's a shame to have bad roads/weather right after christmas. How are you supposed to try out all your new toys?

Bet you didn't think you were going to need that for KH.     I am thinking about going out tomorrow night, pending how everything goes around here in the morning.  Only a week of break left so need to put my time to good use.  You are on your shortchange Monday right?  Appleye, when you off next?

I can go any day for a while, next full day of is Jan. 1. Only working part of the night New Years Eve. Maybe run to Pactola if the weather holds? You know me I can go when ever, I'll sleep when I'm dead. LOL

North West Wyoming is great!  Was nice enough I took my wife and son out to Yellowtail for the afternoon yesterday!  Great day of fishing and only had one flag go up and missed the fish...

Got the chores done and looked at the schedule and decided that tomorrow morning will work better with the kids and helping the Mrs. out.   Going to head out before light and fish until the kid decides he needs a nap.  :-}
