Lake Inez and Lake Alva
« on: Dec 16, 2009, 04:26 PM »
Hi there, I have a cabin near Lake Inez and Alva and was just curious about the ice fishing prospects for perch and pike in these lakes. I have tried other lakes in the area but these two seem to be overlooked by fisherman heading to the other lakes (salmon and seeley). Are they worth checkin out? Any info is greatly appreciated.

Inez is definately worth it. Some very large perch in deep water. And pike are there also. I have never ice fished Alva, though i see no reason not to. Seeley is 2 blocks from my house so i hop on the snowmobile and go. If I have to load up to go somewhere its somewhere that im confident in catching big perch or something I cant catch in Seeley like trout. When something is that cloose to you I say go for it and learn it.
