Question on regulations?

I went through the regulations and suckers fall under non-game fish so there is no limit. The question is:
Are you allowed to sell sucker meat? I am not talking huge amounts but selling a few pounds to people who don't want to go get their own.

It's legal to give someone sucker meat, but sell I don't know. I couldn't find anything in the regs about requiring a sellers license for dead baitfish.  I would contact the state G&F office.

Actually, there is nothing that says you can't, as long as they are dead and you caught them according to the fishing regulations.  However, if you want to seine or trap you will need a seining license, and to sell live fish... that's a whole other can of worms. 
There are also regulations regarding the use and type of bait permitted for each drainage, so look carefully at the exceptions for each area.
