Go to an electrical supplier and buy metal conduit. You can rent or buy a bender to make smooth consistent corners.

Its CHEAP! I bought a 10 foot piece of 3/4 inch a couple days ago for $2.43 at menards by my house so I could make a net for pier fishing!

Cheap stuff,,, I am going to build a new sled to pull behind the sled soon. It's like 3 bucks for a 10ft length. Ask any electrician, they will have a bender.

I rented the conduit bender at the local rental place for the flip over I made. $5.00 for half a day, had it back in 2 hours. Could not pick one up on eBay for that price.
