31 degrees this morning in Valpo!
Hope after this weekend it stayes COLD!
Think I got Moma convinced we need i bigger shantey  ::)

It may be an early season. I am building a larger shanty and can't wait to get it out there. The bad news is it is suppose to warm up :'( :'( :'(

I was hoping to be on Indiana ice on December 5th since I was on December 6th last year, and had a hefty goal of driving north on Thanksgiving weekend and getting on ice someplace in Michigan.  With all of this warm weather, I'm losing the faith.

Hmmm... bottom drops out of the temps on Thanksgiving week.  If it stays there through the next week.... There is still hope!!

Ill be in T.C. Jeff. I will get ice reports later this weekend, but it is not looking good right now. Lows have been mid 30's highs during the day in 40's :( Fingers crossed..

I don't thnik I can drive due north out of the country and find any ice in the next couple of weeks.  Accuweather.com keeps teasing me, changing up the forcast almost daily, pushing those cold temps back a day at a time.  MAYBE December 12th in the northern LP of Michigan, but I'm not holding my breath.  

Local Weatherman just said we have averaged 5º above normal so far in November.  :(
