Pine Lake and Evans Lake eastern Ohio

Do any of you brother fishermen know who operates Pine Lake and Evans Lake in Columbiana county near the Ohio and Pa. state line
 
Since I was a young boy I fished these lakes and then they were closed down several years back.

 They are supposed to be under the control of some public or private water authority and I am trying to locate who they are.

 Appreciate any help...

if were talkin about the same pine lake i belive that its a private lake.. a friend of mine has been fishing it for the past 2 years. he said its private but you can fish it with permission of a landowner..
