Went for a day and a half trip with some buddies to go for some hawg trout and we were not dissapointed. The first day was decent and a couple nice fish were landed. Instead of staying in a hotel overnight we decided to sleep in our truck on the ice. We decided to put some tip-ups in and watch them for a couple hours......which ended up turning into all night. At about 12:15am we got our first flag which I was not prepared for, so I ended up having to run outside barefoot and ended up nearly freezing my feet for my first Brown Trout ever. At 12:30am I got my second flag which was a 22 inch Brown Trout, this was my first master angler Brown Trout and also my 10th specie of master angler. A goal I had set for myself was to get my gold badge before I turned 15 and I was very pumped to achieve it. We fished the the next morning with a couple more nice fish being landed. All in all it was an awesome trip and one I will never forget!

killer trout and  :o no shoes, you guys are nutz up there.  ;D But, I can't think of a better reason to run to my tipups in the middle of the night with no shoes on, well, I do believe I'd have to find something to put on those toes.
STILL those are some awesome browns and 2 thumbs up.  :woot:
