Fishmans was open today when i went through around noon. Now that there is decent ice he should be open every morning, but later in the day it is touch and go until the season really picks up.

If you come up route 103 no
If you come up route 7 no
IF you come up route 22 north  or route 4 east from ny then yes you could drive right by it on your way to dunmore

not to rain on your parase jughead, you might as well get bait at kampersville or fishmans ... you will be going right by fishmans and are staying right down the road from kampersville.. just my 2 cents!! :P
