Don't know about Waramug but Bantam is good to go.  Just got back, a solid 4 inches.  I'll put up a real report later

Thank you for the info..looking forward to your report...I have been ice fishing for about 20 years...never fished for Pike and have never been to Bantam..most of my fishing has been done on small ponds...Mt. Tom, Mudge, and West Side

There are many access points at Bantam. There is the state boat launch off route 109, (East Shore Rd.) There is also a parking lot off the southern end of Rte. 209. This is for south Bay and the most popular and heaviest fished area. Farther down 209 toward the town of Bantam you can access Point Folly at the campground parking lot (North shore Rd.). Farther down North Shore Rd is the Litchfield town launch, where you can access the North Bay and river inlet. It is posted residents only so parking is at your own risk.  Then on the eastern shore,  (East Shore Rd.) there is the Sandy Beach parking lot. Further up east shore Rd. is Marsh Point Rd. that dead ends at Marsh Point. There is a cul de sac there but the road is not maintained in winter. There are many other spots but i can't give away ALL my secrets.
