the worst part for me is that the forecast is finally looking good, and I'm going to Cuba!   :'(  I have to console myself that the solunar tables aren't predicting any good activity until I get back  ;)

Pointers -- I'm gone from this Sunday, come back next Monday.  So I've got the 21st and the 28th circled on my calendar -- whichever one doesn't have me doing a family dinner will have me CATCHING dinner, hopefully ;D

IceJunky, I am good to go on either day and the way things are looking, we might be able to find some safe ice to fish some walleyes.

Heres a taste from the many caught today..Nice to see a few from Team ontario down there  :)

Junky, I meant tomorrow (Sunday)... I will try to make it out next weekend as well, hard to plan around a newborn and feedings, etc.... If I don't have a chance to fish it, I will make every attempt to at least get out and give yer hand a shake bud... I do know that I'm in town next weekend so chances are I can swing a quick fish.

I was fishing on the 5th. 2 lakes north of Kenora. 4 guys and not one bite all day.
We were looking for crappies and although we were seeing a scant few we couldn't entice one. Not even a fargin' perch ???
Brutally cold wind with about a -27 windchill. Cuba was looking pretty good ;D
Hope you guys are faring better,
Glen
