What does everyone think of the smelt situation: they going to show up at Port Henry?

Has it been better smelt fishing elsewhere like West Port or Essex?

Thanks,
PerchEyes

BTW, I grew up in Mineville...
I know -- hard to believe I can reed and rite.

I don't know yet no ice in Wesport, Essex, and the smelt grounds just caught last night in Port Henry. I have caught some this year perch fishing, and the word is people are getting them off the beach in the bay.
