It's real wierd how some lakes are completley open like Webster Lake, others are still fishable. I was working at a job in Milbury MA. a spot called Ramshorn Pond quite a big pond looks like a lake to me... We just needed a plank to get out onto the fishable ice.. We drilled a hole and there is 12" of Ice... We had alot of flags and caught alot of fish. Pickerel and bass nothing big but just glad to get out a few more times.. Try again tomorrow...
