I did something last Fall..Now..........

I did something last Fall, now.........I have enough bait for about 20 years...

I took at big 110 Quart bin and filled it w/ the Buss a Ding Bedding, and 25 tubs of Red Worms...

Now, I noticed all the worms are doing are Going through the bedding, Eating the food I place on top, and B-R-E-E-D-I-N-G..

I have so many little Red Worms even on the bottom of the Top Lid that's on, even has some of the Smallest white worms almost to small for the human eye to see are moving very slowly.
I have a Mr. Juicer that I use for getting juice out of Carrots, Oranges, Grapes, and all the fine Skins are placed in the worm box..

Once I forgot to feed the worms, and found about 500 worms on the floor, I believe they were looking for food to eat. I placed them back in the tub, and fed them.

So...

I'm thinking on using Red Worms for Ice Fishing also...I'll just take the Smaller Ones and put them on the Tear Drop and trying them..

When you say red worms are you talking about an earth worm?  I would like to see a picture if you do not mind.

We have done very well thank you with trout worms and nite crawlers on the ice. Pound them on the bottom a few times and then pull em up six inches and POW.  iced some nice perch when the bite was off with everything else

Hey I raise red worms too.  Easy way to always have bait.  They make the best potting soil on earth and you keep some garbage from going to the land fill.  I also raise meal worms and they are just as easy.
