Ice fishing with leeches?

Anyone ever used leeches for ice fishing? :o

Cold water keeps them dormant.  They don't quite have the action they have during the summer.

What about the Berkley gulp leeches? I don't think they hibernate....  ;D

WHEN we used to get good numbers of jumbo perch through the ice around here, I'd use baby leeches all of the time. They are tough and you can catch a number of fish on one.
