Heading there for the weekend and was wondering if anyone had the ice conditions ? My guess is things are good but I'm bringing the 4 kids so I don't take any chances.

I'm not sure as to how much ice, but I can offer that we rode the snowmobiles all the way across it just fine last night.

I just pulled my house today and there s 7", I have fished it for years and I live just a mile away and this is what I'll tell you . Have lots of patience ,theres rainbows and salmon and an occasional laker ,but when you get one (laker) its usually around a 3-4 lb one. Good luck !
There must be a twelve step program for this

I always catch a ton of fish there wich is why the kids love going there. Now that I know the ice is good we're all set. Thanks for the info.
