Ice conditions

Looking for info on the ice on the Kenai, seems to be the last place to freeze, and of course it is getting late.
So far what I know on ice;
Long Lake (Glenn Highway)-2.5 feet no fish
Big Lake - 12" couple nice bows
Anchorage area lakes- 8-12" it's Anchorage
Nancy Lakes 10" Nice place to spend Christmas Day
All these have been in the past 2 weeks so ice looks good from Anchorage North

I don't know about the Kenai, but I have found 12-15" of ice in anchorage last weekend.  Unfortunatly no fish to go with all of that ice.
