Chapstick I have always parked on the east side by the bank property and simply walked down to the ice and across to fish.  The bank has now sold the property to opportunity enterprise in valpo but I don't think much will change.  The DNR is apparently trying to get opportunity enterprise to allow a boat launch and hopefully that will get done.

I know where to park unfortunately, it is private and only enough room for a couple cars. I do think you can park on the east side where doc said and walk down the fenceline to the lake. I dont think anyone will bother you or right you a ticket because this is public to my knowledge. Until further posted anyway. good luck. Remember the ice isnt all that yet with all the channels that run thru Eliza be extra cautious.
