marking fish
« on: Dec 18, 2007, 02:01 PM »
The first time i visited this site i read a thread on marking your holes with sticks and etc so you can locate them later. I carry a bottle of food coloring with me. Before i leave i put a drop beside or even in the hole, most times it is visable later  unless we get snow before i return.I use this same method when fishing a new body of water.  I drill a few holes then check them with my vex,the holes with  fish get a drop of color. Any way..it works for me

Hand held GPS. Save it as a waypoint and you are set
