Smelt batter
« on: Feb 28, 2008, 12:44 PM »
Ok guys please help me out. I'm in need of a recipe for coating some smelt. My better half came home from the grocery store with a couple o pounds of smelt and it looks like fish fry tomorrow night. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Mark
