I haven't but have been thinking of using some of my skein the next time i go for rainbows.  I will be going out mid week for bows and will bring some along to try, I will update you on how it works.

Usually small shiners or smelt, you can also try chumming your holes with single eggs and keep checking the holes every 30-40 minutes, when you notice some missing move your trap to that hole.  If you jig at all try some small tube jigs tipped with a piece of worm or a waxie, just keep bouncing from hole to hole.

My buddy was using them yesterday and he couldnt keep them off the line, but make sure they are in a sack or something so they dont fall off the hook.
