bbq'd pickerel
« on: Feb 11, 2007, 08:47 PM »
So its a bit cold to be bbq'in but i couldnt resist. I got myself a decent pickerel today and decided to try bbqin it. Wrapped the whole fillets in tin foil and drenched it with melted butter, lemon juice and sprinkled with cayenne pepper. After they are about half cooked open up the foil and put down the lid. Give it a shot, tastes great!
