I was around 8 if I remember correctly. The old man was a die hard ice fisherman and hunter so I spent pretty much every free day out on the ice or in the woods. Wouldn;t have wanted to grow up any differently.

I was about 6 the first time I went out with my Dad and my Grandpa...I have not stopped going every year since then, I'm 24 now.

I was 6 or 7. My uncle took us to Conesus Lake, South end. We filled a 5 gallon bucket with nice perch ( 10 to 12 inches). he told me never to keep them under 10 inches so that there will always be a crop for next year. Well, its been 30 yrs. now and when I catch a 10 incher. It is considered a jack on that lake now. How I miss the good old days.

I was about 27 when I first went out. I was originally from the city and didnt get much of a chance to ice fish. I loved to fish so I tried ice fishing and I have been hooked for 10yrs
