I agree. The moon affects everything. Perch aren't known for feeding at night because they are generally sight feeders, but I have seen videos where they will eat at night. With that being said... its been my experience when the moon is full and overhead during the night, night feeders like stripers, lake trout, brown trout, bass etc. feed heavily at night. Which in turn makes daytime catch rates fall. But, some of my best catch rates have been when the full moon sets and the sun rises at or near the same time. And vice versa. Sun sets and moon rises at or near the same time. Although, I haven't experienced this with perch fishing. Most of my best perch catch rates are usually during the middle of the day.
