Well there is ice
« on: Jan 13, 2024, 03:25 PM »
Found some ice 4.5”-5” at higher altitudes. Not much to speak of today but I’ll update as the weekend continues. Lost a bass caught a slime dart.

Nice job finding good ice.  I'm going to give it another week, then drive back up north.  Current forecast looks good for making ice on small ponds.  :D

I hope your right - currently in Waco TX for outdoor work this week where the forecast for the first half of the week is averaging low 20's.  If it is too warm to ice fish when I get back next week I'm going to have to look for a new hobby.  Good luck everyone.
