Took out my 715c aqua vu camera to charge for the seaon.when I plugged in the charger the camera came on .Thought it might have been the wrong charger(wich it turned out it wasn't)I ordered a new one.When I plugged in the new charger the same thing happened. Next I figured the battery was bad.when I unplugged it the camera stayed on when hooked to the charger .Figuring that it might be a bad battery I bought a new battery and when I hooked it up the same results.camera stays on .if I hit the on off button  the indicator light goes from red to dull green and camera stays on??Took it apart and blew off the PC boards but didn't help anything. I'm stumped  any ideas besides a new camera

Short of looking for the wires that go from the board to the power button or the power button itself you might clip the wires.  Replace the button or put on a cheap rocker-style switch.

Thinking that it is beyond any repair. I'll send you my address to take it off your hands and recycle it properly.
Might be just a bad switch as was mentioned previously.

Put a toggle switch on the positive side of batt. And be done the button on the board is bad.
